How to Play 

The Million Dollar Countdown features two game modes:  Standard and Power Hour.

STANDARD MODE

In Standard Mode, the game features a 5x3 grid of symbols. Standard Mode plays cannot win the $1,000,000 top prize.

Standard Mode is available in these time frames (EST):
12:00:00 a.m. - 10:59:59 a.m.
1:00:01 p.m. - 7:59:59 p.m.
10:00:01 p.m.-11:59:59 p.m.

POWER HOUR MODE

In Power Hour Mode, the game expands to a 5x4 grid of symbols. It is possible to win the top prize of $1,000,000 at all price points in Power Hour Mode.

Power Hour Mode is available in these time frames (EST):
11:00:00 a.m. - 1:00:00 p.m.
8:00:00 p.m. - 10:00:00 p.m.

Here’s how the game works.

1. During each game, 15 symbols (Standard Mode) or 20 symbols (Power Hour Mode) will be revealed in the play area. Reveal three or more matching symbols that share a side to automatically remove that cluster of symbols from the board and win a prize per the Prize Chart. For each symbol removed, a new symbol will drop down from above.
2. If a Multiplier symbol is on the board when a winning cluster is revealed, the multiplier on that symbol gets added to the Multiplier Total for that game. If more than one Multiplier symbol is present, all multipliers are added to the Multiplier Total. Multiplier symbols that enter the board after a winning cluster is removed are not added to the Multiplier Total unless a new winning cluster is created by the new symbols that enter the board. At the end of each game, the win amount for that game will be multiplied by the Multiplier Total. The Multiplier Total resets to x1 after each game.
3. Reveal three FREE PLAYS symbols to unlock 10 free plays. The free plays follow the same game mechanic as the main game. Free plays will play automatically.
4. Reveal three BONUS symbols to activate the Bonus Wheel. Press GO to spin the wheel. The Bonus Wheel will spin and then stop. If the wheel stops on three highlighted prize amount segments in the Win Zone, the three highlighted prize amounts will be added together and awarded. The Bonus Wheel portion of the game will end. If the wheel stops on two highlighted prize amount segments in the Win Zone and one Dollar Sign symbol in the Win Zone, the two highlighted prize amounts will be added together and awarded. The single Dollar Sign symbol does not add anything to the prize awarded. The Bonus Wheel portion of the game will end. If the wheel stops on one highlighted prize amount segment in the Win Zone and two Dollar Sign symbols in the Win Zone, the single highlighted prize amount will be awarded. The two Dollar Sign symbols do not add anything to the prize awarded. The Bonus Wheel portion of the game will end. If the wheel stops on three highlighted Dollar Sign symbols in the Win Zone, the top prize above the wheel will be awarded. The Bonus Wheel portion of the game will end.

Million Dollar Countdown plays are available for online purchase beginning September 24, 2024. Plays may be purchased for $0.50, $1.00, $2.00, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $30.00 or $50.00.

Odds per Game are based on maximum possible tickets played. *Odds per Game in Standard Mode are 1 in 4.04. Odds per Game in Power Hour Mode are 1 in 4.02. Standard Mode top prize is $250,000 and is based on highest possible price point played. Power Hour top prize is $1,000,000 and can be won at any price point played. Standard Mode plays cannot win the $1,000,000 top prize.
