• My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What's wrong?
  Most likely, you haven't opened a MyGameRoom account. You'll need to open an account to enter your ticket(s). Click "Register" in the top-right corner of any valottery.com page to register. Once completed, click the "Continue" button.
• I forgot my password. What should I do?
  Click "Login" in the top-right corner of any valottery.com page, and follow the instructions to have your password emailed to you. You'll need to use the original email address you used to open a MyGameRoom account even if it is no longer current.

Submitting entries from the website for the Frenzy Family 2nd Chance Promotion

Do I need to be a Virginia resident to enter any Virginia Lottery promotion?
No. There are no restrictions for out-of-state players. Anyone who is eligible to purchase Virginia Lottery tickets is eligible to participate in our promotional drawings.

• I am not able to enter my tickets. When I click on SUBMIT or ENTER TICKETS, I am asked to log in. Why is this happening?
  To enter this contest on the internet, you need a MyGameRoom account. To open an account, click "Register" in the top-right corner of any valottery.com page to register. Once completed, click the "Continue" button. 
• Where do I find the numbers that I am supposed to enter?
  
  
  
  The 2nd Chance Web Code can be found under the latex in the upper middle on the front of each Frenzy Scratcher. The Promotion Entry Number can be found in the top-right corner on the back of each Frenzy Scratcher. You will need to enter both of these numbers to complete the ticket-entry process.
• I received a message that says my ticket has already been entered. How can that be if I have the ticket in my possession, and what should I do?
  First, check your list of previously submitted entries to verify that the ticket has not been previously entered by you. If it has not, please contact the Lottery by filling out the email form on our Contact Us  page. Include all applicable numbers that you tried to enter, and the Virginia Lottery will investigate.
• May I enter a drawing more than once?
  Yes. You may enter a drawing as many times as you wish using a different non-winning ticket for each entry.
• I have tickets, but I can't remember whether I have entered them into the drawing. How can I see which tickets have been entered?
  Each time you submit a ticket, a record of the entry appears in your list of entries at the bottom of the page where you submitted your tickets. All of your entries are in that list, so you may cross-reference that list with the tickets you are holding.
• May I dispose of the ticket(s) after I have entered them using my MyGameRoom account?
  Yes. For this promotion, you do not need to keep your ticket(s) once you have successfully submitted an entry(ies).

Frenzy Family 2nd Chance Promotion General Information

• The entry period is May 4, 2021, through August 22, 2021, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET for our Frenzy Family 2nd Chance promotion.
• Non-winning Frenzy Scratchers are eligible for this promotion.
• Please check here for a complete list of entry dates, deadlines and draw dates.
• Entries for this promotion are accepted through the Lottery website and Lottery mobile app only.
• This promotion is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of their date of birth.
• A player may enter the promotion more than once as long as a different qualifying entry is submitted.
• All entries submitted have an equal chance of winning a prize.
• Chances of winning any prize in this promotion depend on the total number of entries received.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for entries submitted incorrectly or received before the entry start date or after the end date. Such entries shall be deemed invalid.
• We try to contact winners by email, phone and/or mail. If you want us to reach you quickly, be sure your contact information is up to date in your MyGameRoom account. If we can't reach a winner by the deadline listed in the rules, we will then move on to an alternate.

Frenzy Family 2nd Chance Promotion Internet Entry Information

• Each entry must contain a correctly entered 2nd Chance Web Code and Promotion Entry Number. Players must correctly enter the non-winning Frenzy Scratcher’s 2nd Chance Web Code located under the latex in the upper middle of each Frenzy Scratcher and the Promotion Entry Number located in the top-right corner on the back of each Frenzy Scratcher.
• An entry may be entered only one time for this promotion.
• Players may submit a maximum of 25 eligible, non-winning Frenzy Scratchers per day for this promotion.
• Players do not need to retain their non-winning Frenzy Scratchers once they have successfully entered them via the internet for the Frenzy Family 2nd Chance Promotion.
• The Virginia Lottery will not be responsible for numbers that are transposed or entered incorrectly.
• Winners who do not respond to their winner notification will forfeit their prize, and an alternate will be selected.
