You can now play the Virginia Lottery at Walmart!

The Virginia Lottery is now available in Walmart Supercenters. Currently, there are 76 locations that carry a variety of 20 Scratchers and all types of draw games. Walmart has specialized vending machines that are shorter than our usual Lottery vending machines. In most locations, these smaller machines can be found near the self-checkout area. In October, one of Walmart’s locations in Smyth County had a big winner in the recently launched Print n’ Play game Rolling Jackpot game. The winner purchased the $2 ticket and won $40,761.

For years, players could find the standard Virginia Lottery vending machines in Walmart Neighborhood Markets. Players loved the convenience of purchasing their household and grocery products and picking up their Lottery purchases at the same location. Finally, that same luxury is available in Supercenters.

This year, while shopping for your Holiday food items and doing any last-minute shopping, do not forget to pick up Lottery tickets. Give the gift of the Virginia Lottery this season, and conveniently pick up Scratchers and other games at Walmart.
