For the most recent Virginia’s New Year’s Millionaire Raffle, the Lottery added more prizes to pump up the fun of a game many players know and love. This past year’s Raffle featured four $1 million prizes, six $100,000 prizes and 500 $500 prizes. Now, we’ve had a few of the big winners come forward, so let’s meet them.
